These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LOWER ONLINE STORE. By placing an order through the LOWER ONLINE STORE, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the www.lower.co.nz Site Terms, you may not use the LOWER ONLINE STORE.

 

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All product prices on the LOWER ONLINE STORE are given in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), however are exclusive of delivery costs.

Full payment must be received before your order can be accepted. We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa) and PayPal. We use eWay as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.

 

AVAILABILITY

We have a physical store that shares the stock with online. There may be the rare occasion that an item is sold in store at the same time an order for the item online is being processed. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible with alternative product options, credit or a refund.
